For tougher or thicker materials, our Double Bevel ensures maximum penetration. We also offer specialized Anti-Stick Coatings for adhesive labels to prevent residue buildup and production delays.

Protective Ejection Rubber Integration

To ensure the longevity of the blades and the safety of the punching process, we integrate high-elasticity cushions on both sides of the rule. These buffers prevent over-stamping (over-pressure) during the impact phase and help "eject" the cardboard after the cut, protecting the sharp edge from unnecessary friction and extending the blade's working life.
