Upper Slotting Knife (The Scraper)
Designed in a fan-shaped or arc geometry, the upper blade acts as the primary cutting edge. Its serrated or smooth profile is optimized to punch through multi-wall corrugated board without crushing the flutes.
Lower Slotting Knife (The Female Blade)
Composed of two semicircular pieces that bolt together to form a full circle. This split-ring design allows for easy installation without dismantling the entire shaft. The lower blades act as a dual-sided support, sandwiching the upper blade to ensure a clean shear.
High Performance
